Meet the owner

My name is Sarah, a proud Melbourne businesswoman, wife of a busy Welsh builder (thanks for the fitout hubby!) and Mum of two energetic young kids.

After 12 years owning Pilates studios in the inner city suburbs of Melbourne, my quiet “closet” obsession with buying elegant and feminine Designer pieces continued to expand my wardrobe. However I would often experience a sense of guilt upon gazing at my beautiful collection sitting pretty on their coathangers, knowing that many of these pieces had only been worn once, maybe a handful of times…and sometimes not at all (and still with tags!).

So after recently closing this chapter of my life as a Pilates studio owner, I saw an opportunity to finally do something about my overflowing wardrobe and give renewed life to not only the pieces I have collected over the years, but help other like-minded women (and believe me, there are many!) with on-selling their own Designer collections. Whilst I appreciate there is vast opportunity to sell second-hand clothing online these days, I wanted to create a unique retail space in an accessible inner city location to help celebrate these curated pre-loved Designer pieces in a memorable and intimate setting — giving them the encore they deserve and an opportunity to be worn again.
